Live demo cum lecture on uses of ham radio
A live demo cum lecture on uses of ham radio programme was organized in Kallam Haranadha Reddy Institute of Technology, Guntur, on 20-4-15 by Academy of Ham Radio. The programme was commenced at 10-30am and continued up to 12-30pm. A lecture cum power point presentation was made by A. Ramesh Babu VU2RDM and was assisted by Sivaganesh VU3OBU and V.S.S. Rama Krishana Prasad VU3NYD. The seminar was attended by Mr. Umasankar Reddy, College Director, along with 100 students and faculty members of various departments.
Most of the students who have took part in the seminar shown interest to join in the Ham radio training programme, which is scheduled be held in Regional Science Centre Vijayawada on 26-4-15. We are so much thankful to the Management and Head of the of Department, ECE of the college for having provided us an opportunity to conduct programme where in an awareness and description on Ham Radio, how it is being used by millions of Radio Hams all over the World.
